About us - Our strength lies in citizen collaboration
We believe that the strength of our platform comes from the active participation of citizens in building more sustainable cities connected with nature.
Fruit Map was born in 2015 at the University of Brasília, from the collaboration between students of Computer Engineering, Environmental Sciences, and Marketing. What began as a university project grew into a global platform that has already mapped more than 30 thousand fruit trees and urban gardens.
Today, we reach users in more than 55 countries, transforming urban spaces into intelligent and sustainable ecosystems. Our mission is to reconnect people and nature through digital innovation, promoting urban sustainability, green economy, and environmental education.
